Here are 10 things you shouldn’t miss when you stay at the resort:

Seaview Villa

For us, their Seaview villa is probably the villa with the best views among all the luxury resorts we’ve been to. The view of the ocean is just so calming, especially in the morning.

Entering the villa, you will be welcomed by an elegant view of the jacuzzi pool behind wooden blind doors. On the right side of the entrance door is the bed and work desk while on the left side is a sofa overlooking the beautiful ocean view.

We personally love the villa colors which are a mix of turquoise green, aqua, white, shades of brown and gray. We adore how the bed is so comfy and chic, too! Lying on it gives you a view of the well-lighted ceiling above. Another interesting feature of the villa is their TV which you can flip over if you want to watch it while on your bed or at the sofa on the other side.

The minimalist bathroom in marble gray looks so neat with a shower area displaying the garden view at the back. And of course, the picture-worthy jacuzzi pool that’s a perfect sunset spot.

Everything in the villa is picturesque, you wouldn’t even want to leave! 😉

Breakfast with a View

Speaking of beautiful villa views, breakfast at Mithi also comes with a view!

You can either dine inside the air-conditioned restaurant or opt for Al Fresco dining under the trees. At the edge is a dining spot with an overlooking view of their infinity pool and dream islet. How perfect is that?

Dream Islet

If there’s one thing that makes Mithi Resort stand out, that would be their dream islet a few meters away from the shoreline. It’s so dreamy that it’s one of the most chosen venues for weddings and prenup shoots at Mithi.

You can also book a romantic dinner date there which has an uninterrupted view of the sunset.

Infinity Pool

The resort has 2 pools — the one near the spa and the focal point of the resort, which is an infinity pool overlooking the dream islet.

Everywhere you look, the resort is always picture-worthy. You can even play with clouds and reflections by the infinity pool! How cool is that? 😉

The infinity pool has varied depth, perfect for everyone from kids to adults. There’s a place beside the pool, too, where you can lounge and order drinks.

Signature Massage

One of the things that we look forward to during our staycations is experiencing each resort’s signature massage. Not only because we’re huge massage fanatics but also because signature massages somehow introduce how a resort is different from the others.

When we stayed at Mithi Resort & Spa , their massage and spa treatment was still closed due to Covid-19 safety protocols.

But here’s the great news! THEY ARE OPEN NOW!

…and we had the privilege to experience their massage with a view when we came back.

No hype, it was one of the best signature massages that we had in Bohol, so far!

The massage and spa center has a vintage look, a gong to welcome guests, a beautiful ocean view backdrop and pool on the other side. Downstairs are the massage lounge and rooms.

Go for a massage around 4pm before sunset so you'll enjoy a stunning sunset view when you're done while sipping a cup of tea after your massage.

Private Beach

Mithi Resort doesn’t only have a dream islet, villa pools and infinity pools. It also has a private beach a few steps down where you can chill, enjoy a picnic or go for a swim.

Staying at a seaview villa gives you a private viewing deck and exclusive access to the beach. That’s quite a luxury! 😊

Paddle Boarding and Kayaking

Never to miss when you stay at Mithi are their water activities like paddle boarding and kayaking. You can paddle from the beach to the dream islet or go around the man-made island if you want.

Paddle boarding and kayaking are also fun ways to view the resort from the waters. Plus, it’s a great workout, too!

Games and Leisure Area

If you are staying with your family, kids or group of friends, you can also bond at the game area where you can play billiards and other fun games together.

Due to the safety protocols, the game area was still closed when we stayed there. They also have a tennis area and playground for kids.

Cambagat Cave

The resort has a cave, how cool is that? Access to Cambagat Cave is exclusive for in-house guests only. The cave is well-lighted and the water is clean.

Morning Run Around the Resort

The best way to explore the resort? Run while the other guests are still asleep. 😊

The road from the entrance gate of Mithi to the reception area is very relaxing with trees all around, perfect for a quick morning run.

You can also run around the villas, passing by garden views and stunning ocean views – a great way to enjoy the views while keeping you in shape and fit even during your staycation.
