When they say they make dream weddings happen, they really do – and we couldn’t be any grateful 💖. From our first phone call with Ma’am Lhenny to every meeting and requests, we were handled with so much warmth and attention.
Garden wedding has always been our dream. We were looking for venues that could give us the outdoor wedding of our dreams and we found it at Bluewater Resort. They have this beautiful garden that is perfect for intimate weddings, a beachfront if you want a beach wedding and the Kawayanan Hall (a huge hut) if you want a bit of a shaded venue but still surrounded by nature.
For our wedding, we had the ceremony in the garden area, under a tree; our cocktail reception at the open garden just a few steps beside the Manggahan and our dinner reception at the beachfront. In a way, we had peace of mind that in case it rains, we have the Kawayanan Hall as an alternative and it still would be beautiful. 🤞
Ma’am Lhenny, we couldn’t thank you enough for taking care of us and for helping us create a memory that will last a lifetime. You were very efficient, flexible, attentive to details and very easy to talk to. 🤗 Thank you for honoring our requests and for helping us even with our room bookings. Thank you for all your suggestions to improve our ideas and for making our whole wedding planning easier. Above all, thank you for being like a friend to us, for loving our wedding like your own and for doing even beyond your duties to accommodate our needs. To Ma’am Sheila, thank you so much for your warmth. Even when Ma’am Lhenny wasn’t around, you accommodated us and also walked us through everything we needed for our wedding. You made us feel at home and welcomed. 💞 You were ahead with everything and your suggestions were very much helpful. We were relaxed knowing that you and Ma’am Lhenny work hand in hand to make our wedding plans into reality.
To Sir Dave, thank you so much for all the beautiful styling. If there’s one thing I would advise anyone planning to get married in Bluewater, that is to avail of the in-house styling done by you. All the styling you did was sooo dreamy, from the ceremony to the cocktail setup and reception, it was more than what we expected. We are at a loss for words. You are just so talented and creative. Thank you for honoring our ideas and adding to it your creative touch. It was just sooooo beautiful, we couldn’t thank you enough. 💞😍
The food was also superb! All our guests loooved the five-course meal. There was plenty of food for everyone. We were so happy we get to choose the food that we wanted to be served at our wedding and had a food tasting where the chef gave us a walkthrough of every menu that we choose. 👌👌👌
We stayed at Bluewater for two nights with our families and we loved how spacious the rooms are. We got the premier deluxe rooms, family loft, and one-bedroom villa. The kids enjoyed the pool and play area, too!💞The breakfast buffet selection was also so delish with lots of choices.
Also included in our package was the Amuma couple massage experience. We got to choose if we wanted the beachfront or garden massage hut. We chose the garden area. For us who are massage fanatics, the Amuma experience was something else. It’s different from the usual massage (a good kind of different, I should say). We loved how calming and soothing it was and really helped us to relax after our wedding celebrations.
And our favorite part – the tree planting. Every couple who gets married in Bluewater has the privilege to plant a tree, named after them, that they could visit in the future. We didn’t know this until after the wedding day so it was kind of a special gift for us. We were so excited at the idea that our love tree will grow as the years go by and that we could visit it every year or as often as we want to. 💝
All in all, to say that the Bluewater wedding package is worth it is an understatement. For us, we got more value than what we paid for. Thank you again, Bluewater, for making us feel at HOME. For sure, we’ll go back and revisit our wedding memories here. ✨✨✨
